RLCraft just had an update to 2.9 a few days ago. Can we get that added as a server mod version choice under the Minecraft selections, please?

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.
Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.
Thank you to all members for your continued use of the forum!
Assistance with all questions concerning your Nitrado service can now be found in these spots:

Backup the data files via FTP then just copy that stuff over to Nitrado via FTP when everything is setup. Basically you mainly want the entire Saved folder contents, which will store all your map data and tribe data as well as player info. If you have that then everyone should be where and when they were the last time they logged off or your server saved. The Content folder is good too if you have mods installed. Just keep the files in the same folders structure, overwrite whatever is Nitrado and you should be good. You'll also need to setup the mods in the mod section in the web interface in order to activate them on the server.

There was another update and the server is no where to be found.
Another night without Ark.
That will be the last month for me with nitrado.
I've had 3 or 4 different server hosts for Ark and other games over the years. I always end up back here in the end. Nobody else has forums that are active with responses and Nitrado has the best UI for server management, mods and options. All of them take time to roll updates out, so it's not exclusive to Nitrado. I'd lay more blame on WC for pushing patches out multiple times a week instead of say once every week or two all at once. it's a double edged sword sometimes.

I always thought it strange that Nitrado is also the host for the official servers, yet seems to lag behind on getting dedicated servers updated.

Unless they changed something with the way the game works recently, I'm pretty sure that is not possible with this game. They would have to manually add it to their own system prior to connecting to your server in order to connect. It even states that in the mod notes.

Not sure if you figured it out yet but your uuid will be in your usernamecache.json file, found in your main directory via ftp or file browser. It will have your name and uuid both. Something I had to research a bit and I'm not sure which MC version you are using, but older than 1.7.xx, I think, uses ops.txt file and anything newer uses the ops.json file. Then you do the command in the web interface too and it should work.

My server is just two of us playing and it happens randomly. Sometimes we can go for 5-6 hours between crashes or just a few minutes between. I do see that the graph for the RAM usage stays pretty level around 5 Gigs and suddenly it spikes to above 5Gig at pretty much exactly the moments in time that the server crashes. CPU processing seems to go from 0 to 90 in spikes every 5-10 minutes or so too. Not sure if that means anything.

Just crashed yet again.

I finally submitted a ticket on Thursday evening and it's now Saturday and I have yet to hear anything back. I still have issues with my server crashing every couple of hours or more with memory errors referenced in the log file. I have to stop and restart, and lose time. Last night we spent 4 hours rolling back to the same time period due to multiple crashes and restarts. This has been going on since the DLC went live. Some play sessions we can go for 4-5 hours without issues. Sometimes it has chinese characters at the bottom of the log and sometimes it does not. Just now I restarted, got back in and within 2 minutes it crashed again. Supposedly this was fixed since the message is not in the web interface section any longer, but not for me. I just paid for another 90 days of hosting on two servers so I'd rather not have to move to another provider. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement at this point.
