Bought the Genesis 2 server for ps4 this morning, stuck in installation for about 3 hours now. Any advice or help. Can't re-install. I've filed a support ticket also.

This is for PS4

I am aware of how to login as an admin on citadel forged in fire’s admin interface via the web interface.

I know that the username is “Admin” and the password is whatever I chose it to be but it keeps saying incorrect username/password.

I have checked my password multiple times and it does not work.

Help?

I tried this and says “username and password are incorrect” checked my password multiple times and I’m entering it correctly each time

I’ve done this several times as I stated in my description. I’ve also purchased a PS4 server.

Ok so, i phoned up DE line twice today because of this issue. First time he said he’d fixed it. Didn’t appear publicly, second time I phoned back he huffed and puffed and said he’ll fix it again. Server did not show publicly.

Then my phone app tells me my 50 slot day z server has been changed to a 50 Slot Ark server. I reactivates my DayZ Server, waiter for it to load. Shut it down, changed the name so I could find it. Restarted it. “Server is started”

Log into the game...NO SERVER!

😡 what is going on?

They said it was their end. I converted an Ark Server to DayZ. Saying that. I still can’t find my server

I phoned them at their office in Germany mate. Few minutes holding and they fixed it for me

Hey Guys,

I had a spare Ark server so I turned it into a DayZ one today. Server isn’t showing up. I stopped the server, changed the name and restarted it.

Any ideas? The name is literally U.K. Friendly
