Looks like they resolved the issue for me. Because of the downtime I asked support for an extension as we prepay for service and they extended me 2 extra days for the downtime.

I just got the issue. I cant access VIA FTP, Game or Web portal.
Consoles doesn't have FTP access
I know that. I dont host this game. I host a PC game hence I have FTP access. I was just responding to this post as it appears my host location in New York is down.

Is there anyway to change hosting location without extending? When I bought the server I paid for 90 days. So now when I go to change host location it defaults me back to 30 days and gives ,me a credit but I don't want to lower my service time and I don't want to pay extra and put it back to 90.

I had the same issue with my empyrion server and google chrome. Turns out Nitrados certificate for whatever they use for functions isnt registered or signed by microsoft. So google chrome eventually blocks the certificate for security. You can Install it manually to bypass the issue but also completely closing chrome (or whatever browser) and clearing your cookies/cache. I did contact support about it and they told me that they couldnt fix it. So I told them to get in contact with microsoft and pay to have the certificate signed. The person I was dealing with did say they would pass it along to their manager but I wouldnt think they would actually fix the issue as their IT should have known this would be an issue and decided to cheap out.

I Deleted my config file to do it again to see if I could get the same errors that you did. And I did lol. So i have attached screenshots of the settings that I got working for me.

Just found out how to map to the FTP but the FTP service for nitrado prevents one from copying .exe into the FTP. So as it stands EMP Admin Full cannot be used on this service so I think ill move to a new host when my server time is up. BTW dont ask support for help they are less than helpful for anything empyrion.

under setup then server you need to put the host name (ftp) from your nitrado web interface mine is usny008.gamedata.io. Then under FTP you need to check ftp active, change ftp type to active then check FTP old way (must be done in that order). Put the ip address for your server under Overwrite Telnet IP. Use the FTP port number from your nitrado web interface as well as your username (both from the FTP section). Then for directory put /empyrion/ or /empyrionexperimental/ depending on if your using the public or experimental branch. Then at the bottom click FTP password and enter the password from the nitrado web interface. That should get it working.

Does anyone know how to get the EMP Admin helper full working on this service? I have only been able to get the lite version working but alot of the tools wont work with only ftp access.

I want to use the Generic Brand Galaxy on the server i just started. I copied the files to the scenario folder and changed the custom scenario on the settings page to say Generic Brand Galaxy. But the server doesn't load the scenario just gives me options for two starters that are not planets in this scenario. Any help would be appreciated.
