    So still no reply from your support which is very strange seeing as you all were so cheery when I previously rented an ark server for many many many months. So here we are another day trying to use what I PAID FOR PLUS THE EXTRA RAM AND SPACE, and guess what my server is still unusable. Its in permanent-reset, won't force stop nor start, I haven't received a response from anyone at your company and 4 days have gone on my server. I got the play it for 5 hours the very first day and it has been unusable since. If I was a solo player I wouldn't be upset but we have a 45 person community on the PS network all ready to enjoy the game and so I paid for it. Now not only am I not getting to use what you all are charging me for, you are ignoring me, ignoring my requests and emails, ignoring the fact that you did this to many hundreds, possibly a couple thousand people. The least you can do Is give us a valid response with justified reasoning to why our server times are still counting, but we can't access said server, why you charged my card instantaneously but can't assist after a week of waiting for responses? Even if the answer is hey there's nothing we can do at this time, you will have to wait to play and backdate the server up time, is better then straight IGNORING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

    So today Ive tried all day to play on my day off, the server is in permanent restart and will not load I've paid a hefty amount of money so far to have two server run days already gone and to not to be able to use my server. Name is shorter only three letter now so please don't give me that response again that has done absolutely nothing.

    Same issues here, I've tried everything including upgrading the ram to max, and no support has replied. Im striating to feel this was a waste of money, 2 days gone on my runtime and server doesn't work.

    So patiently waiting I finally have my DAYZ server installed and been given access. Thank you for that, I know you all are dealing with a lot of customer relations currently and probably some irate customers, my issue isn't that its now installed. My issue is that its either non searchable or once you find the server on the browser, the minute someone connects to the server the server shuts down and does a reset. I was told you were considering activation as the time start for paid service, but its still unplayable for anyone. So how can you start the timer if I can't play a server you consider downloaded and playable? From your website you say not to fill out a ticket but this needs to be resolved as I'm sure I'm not the only person this is happening to. Yes its downloaded and I can access settings but the minute you try and play the server crashes.
