Exactly the same here. Pretty much same response from support too.
Same problem for me. I hit force shutdown on my server, shows it is shutdown in my dashboard but I am able to still log in to my server and run around. Hopefully this gets sorted quickly, my kids have the day off from school and they are driving me bonkers without Ark!
