This has been solved. For anyone interested, Nitrado moved my server to a different server and it fixed the issue.

I have a 7 Days to Die server and when I log in to the server via Filezilla, I can not see the server files. I can see them on Nitrado's file browser, but they do not show up on Filezilla. I have also tired WinSCP and no files as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
