If you are using primitive plus, drops have been broken on prim for over a year now , simple google search can show you how to put pretty much what you want in beaver dams, and even how to get beaver to spawn in more spots than usual

yes it worked this time but it didnt work the first time when the uodate before this one wiped it

twice this month my server has been wiped afer nitrado updates the server

My server is updating now , it shouldn't be too long before they start showing up in the lists

its because nitrado hasnt updated the servers yet, my xbox got the update but until nitrado gets all the servers updated they wont show since you already have it

just a fyi , support ticket was finally answered , they moved my server to a new machine and its up and running again , which is great just wish they would at least address their customers and give us a timeline or acknowledgement that there is a problem and if or when it might be addressed

Have you tried to go on the Web user interface and starting it from there. I mostly do stuff from my app on my phone but sometimes I do have to go on the computer to fix some stuff.
yes i have a couple of times almost every hour for 9 hours and i started a support ticket 9 hours ago and no response whatsoever

Seems the issue was specifically with NY servers. There should have been an update very early this morning. The servers should be up and also showing up. If possible please shut down and restarting your servers then bring them back up
wondering how you shutdown a server that hasn't even started in the last 9 hours, the only option i have is to start server and then it never starts when i do

usually when there is no response at all usually means no one has clue as to what is goin on or they dont know how to fix it, i called hours ago also and it just beeped three times and hung up on me

Yeah, I just got off the phone with customer service and they said the New York servers didn't actually update when they pushed it, so they re-initialized it
so did they give you any kind of time frame on when things will be up and running at all?

same problem here , updated and then won't start up just says server stopped, been doing this for almost 3 hours

same here, have been trying to start my server for 4 hours now and it just wont start after the update
