    Been trying to add certain extinction saddle to the mod but cant find a solution. I use Beacon to add them into drops and or dinos but when for example i put those saddles into say a white drop the white drops will not spawn.


    I have tried to auto unlock them still doesn't work.


    Trying to do this on a primitive plus mod map is Val.


    Anyone know of or have a working solution for this?


    Saddle are Gatcha..SnowOwls..Velon...Mana.


    Another question is if i enable all engrams does that unlock every in game engram even if you are on the Primitive Plus mod? Wonder if this would solve it??


    Also notice while in game and you check the engram list from extinction nothing will come up.


    Am i screwed on this?

    So I've successfully added managarmr a while back and they worked perfectly in the snow.


    Then I added Owls and poof no managarmr


    Moved managarmr to one specific snow biome spawn..there are two..and poof they are back..


    All good


    Added Velon to the tundra..awesome..


    Then added Gatcha to the tundra..I have Gatcha but not velons which are still in the ini file..


    Am I missing something or is Val map just not playing nice.

    It was in its "finished state" just not supported as much as it should. Only one dev ever worked on it and fixes come few n far between.


    I'm just going to move my PrimePlus onto something else..to frustrating to wait on a fix and with every major patch breaking the mod..the upcoming dlc will destroy PrimePlus if you follow the pattern

    Just before the Homestead patch they kinda got PrimePlus back running..homestead patch then took out drops and kibble on prime and now the last patch completely broke it..engrams specific to PrimePlus wont craft and PrimePlus structures where gone..they sent out a patch to fix some of it on monday but from what I've been told by my players ..Twitter and other forums the patch with a roll back did nothing.


    PrimePlus was always managed by CED only but now hes community manager he doesn't have the time. Bigger issue is WildCard has to much content for its developers size..they simply dont have the resources to keep up on fixes etc.


    The key to this is that supposedly the fix had a rollback. But these days WildCard isn't putting out all the goodies we need in a patch..i dont think they officially released notes for mondays fix..I do know it was client side

    With the yesterdays supposed update for prime and a roll back on officials.


    We've noticed that even starting fresh on VaL with PrimePlus engrams are still messed up.


    I was wondering has anyone tried to roll back to before the famous update last week that literally torched the world..lol??


    If not I guess I will be that one that tries.


    Or should we forget the mod every exists which atm seems the best option.

    I haven't seen my server on the Ark list since the update. Yes, I have tried to search it by name. Yes I have restarted the server. Yes I submitted a trouble ticket, with no response. Yes I have tried to call the customer support line several times and it just goes to a busy signal. I'm stunned at the lack of response. It's laughable that a company doesn't have an automated phone service, to put you on hold, at minimum. What is going on with not seeing my server on the list? It's definitely not because server quantity prohibiting me from seeing my rental server. Explanation of what is going on. Please.

    One of my pvp maps did this very thing. Only way it would show up was to do a rollback. Just make sure you rollback to the larger save file and then smack that start button..should come up then

    Servers where up late last night.


    But again the information output by Nitrado was slacking beyond just a "sorry" in the answer to the ticket.


    3 servers of players that did all they could on there end to support both devs and Nitrado. And they where left out in the dark for hours with nothing.


    Yes criticism is totally justified and nitrado..not forum mods needs to hear it. Mods do enough keeping fires at a slow burn but no need then the company they support is just throwing more fuel on the fire.

    Does not address the issue we experienced yesterday at all.


    Servers updated twice and would not allow us to start up.


    Again this is not taking anything out on forum mods this was and still is a serious lack of communication via nitrado in any form be it social media or here in forums or telephone.


    I stated I have had very good responses from nitrado in the past. Today I can with simple words.


    They sucked


    I had the cannot retrieve address for two weeks in the beginning when I got my server. I'm sorry I understand and feel your frustration. Ive been there. They will make it right. They always have. I can assure you they're aware of this issue. My server only update 20 minutes ago. I'll check it after work tomorrow and go from there.

    I have support Nitrado for over a year. Until now I have had the best customer service response from them.


    Again that changed today.


    I wont be looking for added days, I never do expect anything because communication was always straight forward.


    Now I have expectations.

    I can assure you they're working on it I've been on here trying to answer as many questions and help as much as I can. I dont have access to your server and cant access accounts either. I'm doing what I camt to help trouble shoot without guys.

    That's awesome and well done friend but this isn't about forum mods this about paying for a service and not getting back any response at all on any form of communication from the company you are buying a service from.


    Nothing official on any means of communication from Nitrado for hours is a little hard "to be patient" with.


    Would you be patient if you paid for a service with absolutly no response from the company in any form of official response?

    Ark servers are not restarting after the last patch.


    Yet Nitrado has offered nothing in response in anything at all on any social media outlet.


    Even if its just a simple response of "we are working on it" instead of silence.

    Ark and Nitrado never play nice together on patch day but in the time I have rented with Nitrado I have never seen a lack of communication as this time. Either they where not prepared for the updated or simply dropped the ball this time and honestly dont know how to respond.


    So much for jumping on the hype of a new patch and a new announcement of future DLC content.


    Maybe WildCard and Nitrado are in the same boat. Over loaded with content and no one to fix it.

    I have 3 maps that will not start. They will not restart with a rollback. No matter how many times I try the servers will show starting up yet after a while show offline or stopped.


    Phone support seems to have left for the day early or where not on duty at all.


    No information as to any known issues available on any social media or Nitrado forums.
