Yeah, I just got off the phone with customer service and they said the New York servers didn't actually update when they pushed it, so they re-initialized it

I just got off the phone with customer service. they said when they pushed the update for the servers in New York that they didn't actually update, so they re-initialized the update and it is currently updating. He said it could be anywhere up to two hours for the servers to be fully updated.

I had this problem also. turns out the equipment my server was on was malfunctioning and they had to switch me to different equipment.

My server now says it is up and running but I am unable to find it on my list either. I restarted it but it still hasn't popped up.

when I went in to the find my server on my xbox, it isn't showing up (and yes I have it on unofficial pc sessions). When I logged on to my account to see what the status of my server was, it says that the host system is offline or not started. Is anyone else having this problem? I know there was an update for Ark today, so that may have something to do with it because it was working fine last night.
