I have same problem. I try "restore server" to before rollback time and restore latest database. Its not 100% return but this is the best way I have.

I solved this problem myself. Nitrado's support so terrible in my opinion.

You need to manual it in config files ==> ServerSettings.ini
and type HideKillNotification=0
It's not HideKillNotification"s"
