Hi has anybody else had this issue. Logged on this morning and couldnt find my server name. So logged into Nitrado and it had been reset back to Nitrado.server name instead of the one I gave it also I changed daylight timings and they have been also reset.

It makes no sense for them to add more servers, it just overloads the game. The servers don't even work anyway, they have to fix the servers first so they can add servers that WORK.
True they need to fix stuff before adding more. My Server is running fine just trying to get the day/night timings right. Does anyone have any information on serverTimeAcceleration and serverNightTimeAcceleration ? I assume that serverTimeAcceleration which values are 0-24 is how long a day is? 0 being 24 hours and 24 being 1 hour? Also serverNightTimeAcceleration value s 0.1 - 64.

Alright guys, i finally got Nitrado on the phone via Skype... so Bohemia have told Nitrado to block anymore servers to be installed into the game. Don't know when they were going to decide to tell everyone but I guess i will do it for you lot. They don't know when they will be adding more either. So there's that.
What a **** show.
Feel for the ones that havent got theirs yet. However this is the best solution and should have been the plan from the start. Servers should have been phased in allocating so many at a time. I dont think the expected the demand to be so high so lessons learnt.

Where did it say that it likely wouldn't be happening until next week? I've scoured their Twitter and the news section, even the forums themselves, and I've seen nothing that says either the servers are all going to be offline, or that the servers would be delayed. I'm just curious as to where you got this information.
On dayz twitter they said they were turning off private servers as the large and increasing list was causing error 9. Im back on mine now though couldnt see any other private servers so the may be only visible to the ones using them. I dont know however as I am currently live in my own server

Listen. It is not difficult to say its going to take 2-4 days to set up your server. The problem here is you guys are not saying anything. This is basic and simple customer services. If its going to take a week say a week then...but start replying to people. Trust me when I say people will start to understand and be ok if they know its going to take 24hrs, 2 days, or 1 week if you communicate that. Again its only a matter of time before the sometimes very toxic PS4 community starts making videos about your non responsiveness. Just a little tip.
Bohemia have issues with the servers. Nitrado cannot do anything now as Dayz have turned off all private servers for the consoles.

I preordered a server 2 days ago, still not active it says preordered....this is getting to be a little bit rediculous.
It wont be up and there is issues on Dayz end they cannot cope with the demand either so they have taken down all servers. I was in the middle of a game and been kicked off just checked and they have said all private servers are now turned off. They have also said likely not to be working this week which gives me a serious issue as I bought my server because I was on annual leave this week and was going to use my time on the game. Now that looks unlikely. I am considering cancelling my serving and ask for a refund. I have been patient but its getting ridiculous now

Can i access the control panel to change server name, day/night ratio etc while my sever is in the pre-order stage? Also where do I find the control panel lol...
No your server needs to be live before you can change settings

No I dont think so. You can change the server name, lock it with a password, change the timing for day and night. Rest the server and chose what time it is when it restarts ie day or night. Change the camera mode and access the in-game logs.
Everything else will be dependent on the core game as not any mods so if update 1.2 has these changes so will your server but in the whole just the same game as public servers.
How do you change server settings as you mentioned above for PS4? I Just purchased a Public Server 100 Slot, NY Location and its showing Pre-Ordered. Is there a control panel on the Nitrado website somewhere for customizing servers as you mentioned or an app that's available?
Have you received an email saying your server is up and running? If so the links are under game server which will take you to all the settings

I made my purchase around 8pm UK time. It might depend on where your ping is but not sure.

It will show up on the list. I think adding the new servers having an impact on the server list. Do you see an error 9?

I don't know how to locate my server? Do i have to do some weird stuff to find in on the PS4 server list or will it just be there? Surely there are easier ways to locate my server? Can anyone help? Please.
I change my name and cant find mine either though there is an Error 9. You can only scroll so far then it goes back to the top. Clearly an issue with the server list so likely why you cannot see your server. Ive tried restarting the game and the console to no avail.

Likely a glitch. I killer an infected with 2 punches yesterday. In real life you can die with one punch and the trick is not to get punched. However as said there are clearly some glitches and bugs. As of loots there are tons of loot and if you have a private server you can always reset the server if you think people are Duping.

I agree with people saying we need a refund. This is not how you run any business. We don't pay for our food in a restaurant and wait a couple of days for the food order to come. So why pay for this and not receive anything? Don't advertise something you carnt give
You do realise that pre-order is paying for something and getting it when its available. There was nothing anywhere saying if you pre-ordered a server yesterday you will get it instantaneously. Some people pre-ordered weeks ago and have had issues when changing server names. The need to address current issues before the activate more servers, added to a massive response from people wanting servers yesterday its created a backlog.
I just ordered yesterday and should have pre-ordered weeks ago thus like most on here at the end of the line. I do think it should have been better organised and that they should have limited the servers and once they where all working release more. However whats been done is done and nothing you can do but wait and hope it doesnt take long.

Yes there are lots of us. They have clearly taken on too many orders to cope. I know the demand is high and they probably should have limited it then released more. However sometime the sight of money clouds the judgement. Im confident it will be sorted and we will all have a server at some point this millennium

I read in another post a moderator saying you dont get notification?? Not sure if he meant after you activate it. I just keep checking my Nitado account to see if there's any change. They may have taken too much on at one time and maybe should have limited it instead of accepting and taking everyones cash straight away

waiting here too....but I see players filling up all the private servers with no password, so im sure we will have a que to get into our own servers and tey will be half looted already when we finally get to play. thanks
Am I wrong in thinking you can reset the server you are renting? Thus if its looted can reset it and wipe everything
so nothing to worry about lol
