for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots.     If Dayz is posting most likely the issues is on Dayz's end not necessarily Nitrados end. It's the same with Ark too. When things update they dont always play nice together.

    not talking about a problem in particular just stating that when theres a problem in Dayz's end they notify everyone, however I had to wait over 2 days to finally be able to call Nirtado up ans find out what problems they are having that are affecting me and others. A simple tweet would do yanno.

    Alright guys, i finally got Nitrado on the phone via Skype... so Bohemia have told Nitrado to block anymore servers to be installed into the game. Don't know when they were going to decide to tell everyone but I guess i will do it for you lot. They don't know when they will be adding more either. So there's that.

    this is beyond a joke now. Mine was installed and ready lastnight but all it has been doing is auto restarting and then shutting down. It hasn't even been visible in game and yet I've got less days to use it now than when i bought it! And I've written an email to the support team but havent got a reply yet. 24 hours of BS!

  • Server has been installed since update dropped but hasn't been visible in game and just restarts itself every few seconds

    hey guys, my server has been installed for a long time now but all it is doing is restarting every few seconds. It has been doing that for at least 10 hours... I've sent an email regarding this to the linked email address but haven't heard anything back. For the price you pay and the lack of service is appalling. All we are seeming to get from mods are "we can't see the server, email these guys..." and that's it...

    Really frustrating me now.
