Nitrado's customer service sucks, other mod on here quoted you mods are just volunteers, so that tell me you guys have no clue as to what's going on with our servers, that we paid for, one might think it just might be better to switch from xbox to pc, run their own server, that way they would know it's working gezzzzzzz i'm calling to get a refund, what a ripe off

PC servers are defintly live i accidentally bought a pc server and it went live immediatly. my ps4 server has been preordered for over 3 days nearly and still is in the preorder state.

I preordered a server 2 days ago, still not active it says preordered....this is getting to be a little bit rediculous.

So pretty much 11 hours into pre ordering and still no server yet you guys took my money..if you arent going to actually provide a service but you are still taking peoples money that is so wrong.

Yea it took like a hour or two i tried changing to 3 different emails after like 3 hours i finally got all 3 emails simultaneously.

well they need to pick the shit up its rediculous i might just get a refund for both servers and close my account since apparently everyone is having the same issue it seems no one can get their servers they paid for up and running i just checked the bank they already took the money but i still do not have my product i paid for thats wrong

If they are trying to get servers up then why does the count of servers go down every time i refresh. It went from 784 to 788 to 792 then to 784 782 now back to 785 lol....it doesnt look like they are going to get everyones preorders done shouldnt this have been done ages ago. Does Nitrado know how to run a server network? Have they been doing it a while? This is my first time purchasing a server is this a bad company to buy a server from for a first time user im highly dissapointed that something we preordered is not available when it was made available by the actual game.

Yea i just went ahead and bought a ps4 server ill wait for the refund with paypal they do it faster, but my server still says preordered i thought the servers released already.

just bought me a server also it says its preordered....hopefully that changes soon so i can play.

I still have not recieved a confirmation email after over 2 hours of waiting, and when i bought the server i didnt realize it was a pc server so i need a refund so i can buy the ps4 server.
