Have you tried to do a reinstall of the server also ? This might fix it. If it doesn't it's best to do what DOAGEN suggested

Hello, I am new nitrado server rent user. I using this service 1~2hours ago. Customize Server setting on web interface(using only basic setting. not expert. and server check tell me "Congratulations!"). But my server is loop on restarting. Web interface page show me "force stop"and "force start" without solve restarting loop. also I click "force stop"button and "start server"button. But do not solve problem. Only I can see "Restarting..."and rotating gear. Please tell me answer to solve this loop.
