will my server show up with the version once its updated even if I have it shut down??

So after about 10 minutes, it just re-appeared again.. looks like my rag server has not yet updated.

Its possible that they tried to update it earlier and it locked up, which would explain why my rag server was hung up on "shutting down"

I'll restart it again to see what happens.. if your map is hanging up like this... do a hard shut down from the web app under general settings and spin it back up

I can't even see what game version my map is now... where in their crap site can I see the current server version?

same boat here... starting to feel a bit litigious at the moment. Don't have time for this incompetency

Its not Xbox... its Nitrado... I can't spin my rag server back up after they brought it down without even telling me

I have the resources to hire a lawyer... they keep this up and I will... and I'm not coming for just a few days of down time

I'm about to just submit a complaint with the better business bureau on this. Shame on you Nitrado and Micrsoft

One of my maps are not coming back up. It went down automatically bc Nitrado decided to upgrade it today and its now just sitting at "stopping server"

Need help getting this fixed ASAP. paying for a service that is NOT WORKING

Tried calling your 4 hour window for US support and still can't get through

I am having the same problem and STILL waiting for Nitrado to respond to my ticket. Its nice paying for something that does NOT work.
