So once I submitted a help ticket, my server did go back up. If you haven't and your server still isn't launching, definitely send a ticket through.

Through steam client & through IP Join side via game, nada. Restarted a couple times already which is what they said would fix it.

I pay monthly so I don't have to mess with files or filezilla, otherwise I'd pick a different host entirely.
The servers are still not working and I'm a little agitated at this point since they said it was up 3 hours ago but clearly not for everyone.
