I jus wanna play my game it said the server started and no longer said restarting when I went on Ark the server wasn't there so I went to recheck the server status and it was back to a restarting loop

My server is also in a restart loop has anyone fixed there's if so please let me know what to do. And do you think this has to do with Xbox being somewhat down?
