I have players that have been playing on the server for days then out of nowhere they can no longer access?
Errors are:
You were kicked off the game (time out)
And you are no longer whitelisted - But they are?
Any help would be great
They have hard reset xbox.
They have hard reset internet.
and reinstalled the game.

This happened to me i contacted nitrado though the online chat option, they changed my IP and it sorted the problem.

It sounds silly but are you stopping the server, then applying the changes, the restarting?

Hello
Sometimes the password will get saved in your Google saved passwords or browser saved passwords. Try cleaning cleaning saved passwords or doing it from another browser to see if it works.

For some reason i cannot remove the password, when i delete the password and then save the settings it puts the password back in?
How do i take the password off? -

i did try this as i have seen the files but it still wont let my whitelisted players in to the server?

I understand that the whitelist,banlist and priority list have moved to txt files, But it still isn't letting my players in? any reasons why?
