At my screen there are also showing alot of servers. But its just that my server isnt in the list. Maybe Nitrado has problems making the server?

Yes I do, the loggs just give the normal information. Have had a server before but now with the same issue. When I look at the forums I see that alot of guys have the same problem. Is there other solution to this problem. And if there isn't is there a option to refund? I think there maybe is a possibility its related with the current love event and ark version. Or maybe it is a problem cause we buyed our server with microsoft balance.

Same problem here, I have tried to restart it and done everything the wiki says but it isnt working. Checked everything including password and setting map to default but still isnt showing. Is there any chance this problem is comming from your side Nitrado? Thanks in advance.
