Yeah we can see it now but it's no longer in the cluster and when we try to join it loops us back to the main menu

One of my Ark servers is also looping I even tried to load a back up, now I know that others are having the same issue I will leave it alone and hope Nitrado fix it

I followed advice on another thread however this doesn't seem to be working for me, I am new to dedicated servers and just want to play it with my friends
