If you feel your server is being ddos you have to submit a support ticket. Moderators do not have access to your accounts or servers. You can find the link to support at the bottom of the page.

My server experiencing High-lag issue due to High number of players . The lag issue will occurred when the number of player is up to 40 - 50 players . also, we have experiencing this issue when we were a player from another server with high number of players which is around 40-50 as well (Nitrado.net rented server ) . So the question is , Is there anyway that you or either we can solve this problems ? , because this causing our players very very bad experienced .
