Feel free to Rent a Public Server Basic.
ARK Mobile is not as heavy as the PC/PS4/Xbox counterpart.
If you experience any issues you can always switch to a Public Server without losing any progress.

According to several search results, there is no possibility to reduce the cloning costs.

Unfortunately it is not possible to play on other versions than the recent one.
Our servers get update automatically by the system which is connected to Steam.

What exactly you are missing or like to see?

Windows Server should be able to handle the mentioned Game, but the Games would need to be installed and managed manually.
The Deamon which provides the needed Files and processes is only available in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Some games are not available at all via Linux Servers, therefore it wouldn't make sense to add the mentioned examples.
There are quite a few games which require a Windows Server cause there are no dedicated files for Linux.
If you can tell us explicit examples of Games with Linux Files, we can forward it to our developers which will check the implementation.

Due to some restrictions of Microsoft, XBox Servers can ONLY be rented via the Nitrado App for Xbox/Windows 10

Would you be able to install the Nitrado App on a Windows 10 Computer?
If so, i kindly ask you to install it and try to extend your server there. So far we made good experience by trying it on a Windows 10 PC. -
