I have done testing and its def the s+ mod and yes I believe its a corrupted file, though I think those files are centrally cached, probably for multiple servers, hence not everyone is seeing the error.

- Hello, I have tried everything to get this working without bothering you.
- Basically I have a modded ARK server, with 42 mods on. I transferred the
- settings over to Nitrado and nothing worked, the server never came up.
- Basically I thought I had overdone it with the mods and used too much ram so I
- played around testing until I found out the issue.
- To my surprise, the issue was with the Structures Plus mod (S+ 731604991).
- I have proved multiple times this mod is the issue, basically if I run the
- server with NO mods, just my configs it loads fine. If I load with ALL the
- mods APART from S+, it loads fine. If I load the server with all the mods
- including S+ it hangs, if I run JUST s+ on its own, that also hangs.
- Hangs is a loose term, the Nitrado system doesn't give any error, the server
- will just sit there not working forever.
- I have looked on forums and in the workshop and I see no huge global issue,
- which means my problem must be local. To that end I also tried to destroy and
- recreate the server in Nitrado, I got 3 different IP addresses as I kept on
- uninstalling the game. Each time I had the same issue, it all worked fine
- until I added S+ into the mod list.
- There have been a few people mention that S+ doesn't work on Nitrado but I
- find that hard to believe. You are such a big company and this is such a big
- mod, it must be working in the majority of cases. I have read on the forums
- that Nitrado keep a cached copy of the mod to prevent every server downloading
- the same thing so there could be corruption there? I dont know.
- Anyway I would be grateful of any help you can give me. Its not a
- configuration issue as far as I am aware, this server with these settings is
- running on my home server.
- Currently the server is running with the correct settings with all the mods
- EXCEPT S+. I would like if possible to run it with s+ also.

- According to the mod developer, the last mod update is to blame for this. By
- the modders instructions it is necessary to exchange the mod files:
- Stop the server first
- Please open the following path via "Tools" -> "File-Browser":
- arkse -> ShooterGame -> "Content" -> "Mods" -> "731604991"
- you have to replace it with your local "731604991" stored in your Ark folder.
- Now start the server again and it should be reachable again.
- Note:

- I tried this and it did not work. Same issue, and I definitely updated the .mod file. I only have access to the .mod file, the directory does not exist for any of the mods on the Nitrado server.
- Also I don't think this is a mod update issue, this mod has not been updated for 6 months.
- There was a server update recently that did cause problems to s+ but not like this, just some individual items not working.
- I believe this is a Nitrado only issue, perhaps to do with caching.

- That's a strange reply.
- This is not a configuration issue but an issue on the Nitrado system. You have seen my in-depth testing.
- There are a few comments on the mod page about Nitrado servers not working. This is unrelated to ARK or mod updates.

- As I stated in my original email, I did a default installation, no configuration changes, definitely no custom S+ ini settings. All I did was add the MOD to the default installation. This resulted in hanging issue.
- What is running right now is my full server with all the custom settings in place.
- If you feel I need to show you a default installation running with this issue then please advise. I am reluctant to do this without being asked as it takes some time to set the server up.

Thats it, all I have.
There is def an S+ issue, my testing confirms this.
As I suspected this doesn't apply to all Nitrado customers, or we would hear way more about it. I think its only a handful of the newer servers effected, probably all use the same caching or something.
Hope this helps someone or gets Nitrado support to stop closing my calls without being resolved!
