I was wondering if anyone knew a mod that added survivors that works for A19? Searched nexusmods and cannot find any that adds the NPC aspect.

Under normal circumstances the server should stop the time if no players are online.

Before I purchase a server, was wondering if I could stop game time while no players are active. To prevent logging out on day 3 and coming back to day 24 type scenarios. Could not find any information explaining this exact question.
Without shutting the server down each time we log out.
