Since its apparent I'm not gonna get any help any time soon can y'all pause the runtime on my affected server? Dont really appreciate a server slowly expiring when I cant even access it.

ANOTHER UPDATE: The red box is gone now but I still cant access my server on the web interface or in the apps. What's going on?

This is a screenshot of the message I keep getting. This is the only server that's affected my other servers are working just fine.

I just recently purchased an Atlas server and for some reason it is not showing up in the Nitrado mobile app, the xbox app, and when I go to access the web interface online it shows no information about the server and after awhile it says "an error has occurred" and tells me to contact support.
UPDATE: It now flashes the same error message in addition with a red box that states that my server is not a game server, which it should be one of those.
