Rented on Nitrado months ago, happened to my server three times. Everything was reset, restore backup not working support told me to reinstall server etc.. Refunded and rented at another host no issues so far extended my server four times now..

Happened to my server twice now, no other way other that to reinstall the server. You will lose your backup, I also tried restoring my back up before re-installing to no avail. Poor database and support they have. Opened a support ticket but no response from their end. I rented 30 days btw. I suggest you pick a different host now.
