No response is a bad sign, so here 6 month after my initial suggestion, I would really appreciate some response, since Fabric has such a big community in Modding, and the team behind is not a closed selfcentered group as some other API devs. Personally the lack of Fabric is the only reason I do not rent a MC server ( One voice can't make a difference I know ) .
So please, Nitrado, be kind a let us get some answers, I'm aware, the demand might not be big, but you're missing out.

Life Labyrinth on Ragnarok
Aberration despite on Surface
As the allowance of the use of grappling hook will significantly reduce the difficulty of these dungeons.

That's the basic.cfg not the server.cfg, server.cfg contains BattlEye = 0; if not, just add it.

Just a headsup, Primitive+ is a pain to play, lots of bugs, small and major, and has been like this for years now.

In the server.cfg to access it, either use the filebrowser, or if the Webinterface has the option, use it from there, I don't remember the layut for Arma 3 in the Webinterface.

I just want to "removedrops" - for crying out loud...stuff is everywhere and I don't need it eating resources or on my screen and in my way in game.
Pick them up, drop them into the water, see if they disappear.

Use the latest version which is 1.16.5 and try Vanilla.

Your wallet decides the amount of servers you can rent I guess.

Reduce Interval to Increase speed.

I might be wrong, cause I'm tired, but it sounds like your modpack is too big.
