Primitive Plus is generaly not advised to use, as it's full of bugs including gamebreaking ones, unless they finally started fixing them, it never ran optimal, and always was buggy.

I'm pretty sure, that there's alot of customers with far less problems than yours, I've been a customer here at Nitrado for years, and yes, I've had problems, but nothing big, it sucks to have problems with a host, but there's no need to act like that, but that's your choice. And if Nitrado was such a bad place, I'm sure that several games wouldn't be hosting official servers here.

I know this is a very old topic, but I saw G-Portal is hosting Deadside servers, I guess this means, that server providers now have access to the server software, or am I wrong?

In any coding enviroment, rule of thumb, never delete any code, comment out what you don't need. Besides that, see if there's a mod for weathercontrol.

Experimental and Early Access branches are currently on the same build, in the future, they will have their own Dedicated Server builds, but for now, the current release of Dedicated Server software is compatible with Early Access Update 5.
So no, I'm not on Experimental, I was until yesterday.
