And you install CF? CF as in Community Framework as it's required.

Requires Rcon enabled on the server. And if you don't know how, then don't.

That option was removed ages ago, but it's possbile by using a mod, but since you're on a Console, you don't have the option of using mods.

What port did you use to connect? Game Port or Query Port? I'm guessing Game Port, if I'm right, try the Query Port.

Primitive Plus is generaly not advised to use, as it's full of bugs including gamebreaking ones, unless they finally started fixing them, it never ran optimal, and always was buggy.

I'm pretty sure, that there's alot of customers with far less problems than yours, I've been a customer here at Nitrado for years, and yes, I've had problems, but nothing big, it sucks to have problems with a host, but there's no need to act like that, but that's your choice. And if Nitrado was such a bad place, I'm sure that several games wouldn't be hosting official servers here.

I know this is a very old topic, but I saw G-Portal is hosting Deadside servers, I guess this means, that server providers now have access to the server software, or am I wrong?
