It takes forever they never answer the phone! You send an email that takes 5 days to answer so here my server ticks away for 5 days so each slot loses days everytime there is a problem! I have been with Nitrado for 4 years and all it has done is get worse and worse! I just spent $160 on servers I can't start because they do not show in the list! I am about to go to another provider

I didn't do anything but change some settings, name and start it. Found it once and checked the setting just it down to makes changes restarted and nothin for 3 hours

I JUST ADDED MAPS AND NOW CANT EVEN GET ONE TO SHOW IN LIST TO CHECK SETTINGS! WE DID ONCE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN POOF GONE! WANNA FIX IT!

As usual my Rag slot is screwed up! This seriously needs fixed! I am about done with you people! $50 a month for a server slot full of issues!

I upgraded my server today! Now it won’t restart! I have tried closing out coming back in and also trying it on my computer instead of my phone.
