I'm not renewing my server which expires in 10 days.
My server is on and off for no reason since a week, this is not acceptable.

Same here, poor, poor service.
So many problems over the last few weeks... When my server expires, I won't renew it. And I won't regret it.

Since last night, I can't even access my server administration page, I get this page instead:
What can I do about it ? I contacted support hours ago , opened a ticket but no answer
What's going on ? Is there any communication whatsoever with this company ?
