I rented a 32 slot server and it has been stuck at restarting now each time I try to run it and I have reinstalled it once already

This did not help or give me any info on fixing this issue I feel like I'm wasting money at this point.

So I'm having an issue joining my server and ive tried everything from restarting my console, to restarting the server. Nothing seems to work and im very disappointed because this was never an issue when I had bought an ark server a few months back. Can anybody help?
