It's interesting that you've been told by Keen that it's a Nitrado issue, because I got told last week (by Nitrado) that it was a Keen issue and out of Nitrado's hands

So there was an update yesterday, and two updates today on my SE server, none of which are connected to an actual patch of the game.
Is there anywhere we can find out what these patches are for, and get some warning as to when they are happening as I've had players loose progress as the server doesn't seem to save when the restart is triggered?

Sounds like it is still new or the devs havent released the feature to be able to.
I know they have been messed about by Microsoft, and I understand enough to realise they need to do it properly, it's just a little frustrating having a server for a week that you can't really use (that and some of my players are VERY unhappy that there was no server security at launch, and are letting me know on a very regular basis)
Unfortunately not, and my support ticket has been closed with a "we'll let you know when it's done" comment, despite us not being able to use the server properly as we can't control who can use it

idk why but my log files dont have the other logs in it, it just has the restart log
They removed the access to the other logs
Using the web interface to set the PCU limit to 0 seems to have given our server unlimited PCU
Would love to know myself, just had to pull my server down due to player's spawning in and causing issues

for those of us that can't/don't use the Expert Mode for our server settings, please can AlwaysAllowStructurePickup (True/False) be added to the general settings page?
and maybe the item stack size changes to the engine settings?
I manage my servers on the go alot of the time, so the non-expert format makes it far easier to deal with tweaks, and I really don't want to ha e to re-build the whole cluster in expert mode just because of one setting.

Anyone else having the transferred character deleted when trying to download now that the bug has been fixed? i try to transfer from one server to another and it gives the option to spawn character, and then stalls out and pulls up the create new character screen, with no option to download. when you create the new character, its like it then syncs up and populates all the items you had once you start moving, but your character is lost for good.
one of the players on my cluster had this last night, he crashed to dashboard (Xbox) rather than creating a new character and his character was available to download on the server he had just left. There was a message on the CrossArk screen on the server controls saying to re-generate the cluster ID since the fix to make sure everything works properly
We are in the same situation. We add a event server and and can't not use it. We can not join it to our cluster. The server ticking down days and total waste of money.
It think this will take a long time to fix. Its a complicated exploit to fix for them.
that's exactly what our server was for as well! Hopefully they get it fixed soon as our server was a short duration one.

I rented a new server on Saturday to add to our existing Ark cluster, purchased it through the app, went to add it to the cluster, only to find out we can't add it due to a security issue. So we now have a server that we can't use at the moment.
Does anyone have any more information about this issue, or when it might be fixed?
