  • Ddos attack

    our server is being attacked. Is there anything I can do? Isn't there any sort of protection against sustained attacks like this?


    Edit: I've already filled out a support ticket as well.

  • Server won't restart. Again!

    This is the second day in a row the server has been in a constant state of restarting. Yesterday support moved it to a different server and it was able to start.

    After the daily restart it did the same thing this morning. It been down for almost 20 hrs between 2 days. Anyone else having this issue?


    Been waiting on a response to the ticket since 7am.
