Yes i am on mobile and I am having the same issue it has been more than 50 hours now since I cannot get into mine. Did everything that I could to make it work but all has failed. Also waiting for a response as well with a ticket and that has been 30 hours now for a response from the ticket. I might call them but I am afraid they are going to tell me that they are working on the problem. I really hope they fix this soon and hopefully fast cause so far this is a waste of money of renting a server

Send a ticket in to Nitrado. There are multiple issues going on with their service right now. I'm having players reporting connection issues, not being able to find the servers, and all of my maps have been stuck in the restart loop at some point in the last few days
I have already done that and so far there is no reply of 48 hours now

sorry that you are having issues. Moderators do not have access to server or accounts.
Here are some things you can try to do:
Reboot the server. If that fails, try force shutdown then restart.
Otherwise please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate by submitting a ticket.

When I go into Nitrado to see if my server is up and running and it is, so I go to the Ark app to go into unofficial server to my server it is there and when I click to join and use the password to get in it says connecting. After a bit it says connection has timed out. This has been going on for roughly more than 30 hours now. Also no one in my server can go in as well either. This is the first time this has happened and I am not sure what to do now I have tried almost everything now please help.
