They responded to my ticket as well, and got everything going. Must of had a huge backlog to work through on their end.

But thanks your help.No problem it's midday for me, so i think they open in about 5 hours, so i will call and maybe try and point them at this thread to show there are multiple people having an issue not just me. So fingers crossed

I'm having a similar problem too. At first I was playing 18. But the server wouldn't even start. Switched to 19, and the server starts, but I can't figure out anyway I'm supposed to join.
