I cant seem to find anything showing how to get the server to update. I have restarted it several times and the new update just doesnt seem to be going through. All the other updates have happened with no problems, but the update from today just doesnt want to go through. Anyone else having this issue or have insight on how to get it to work?

I am unable to find anything that talks about how to change the weather on my server. I get about 1 hour of heavy rain about every 2 hours no matter what I change. I have seen one article showing how to change the init.c file to change the weather, but it doesnt actually change anything. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make less rain?
