Same for me.
I was able to upload my save file to the empty dir and it did take when I started the server up, but it doesn't look like its Modified date is updating so I don't think this is the actual save directory. Also makes me suspect that the actual save will be overwritten by this upload if I restart the server.
Try changing the password, the save. Try again. Some times that works.
I am unable to change the password.
If I try to change my password via the web interface I get the error, "User <username> home directory not found".
I'm getting this same issue. Failing on WinSCP as well as Filezilla.
