So I just got off the phone with customer service again. If you download your save and .yaml through FTP you can then reinstall the server and it will have the update. After that all you have to do is overwrite the save and .yaml and your server should receive the update!

I had this issue as well, move server locations or call Nitrado and have them move your server to a new box.

I've never had this many issues with Nitrado, my ARK server runs flawlessly. This is my first EGS server, do these issues happen often?

Just got off the phone with support, EGS hasn't sent them the 12.1 server update yet. They can't roll out updates until the new version is sent over, after that they'll start updating servers as fast as they can.
