No this is 0 Point in bumping this is something i want everyone to see if you type ddos into the nitrado forum atleast people can see this and question whether or not to buy a ark server because i was scammed into supposedly having ddos protection
And really no nitrado Representative will see this They dont check there forum?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can confirm your original request is being investigated. We do provide DDoS protection to our customers, but depending up on the type of attack, will depend on which additional protective measures will need to be applied, as applying the incorrect type of protection can potentially block legitimate traffic, resulting in regular players being unable to connect. So we have to investigate the exact type of attack that is being performed to apply the correct protection to avoid potential unwanted situations.

Worlds created on 1.13+ cannot be used on earlier versions. You'll need to delete your world, then restart the server on 1.8 and it will generate a new world.

Thank you for your thread. Start with a new savegame is only the worldfile which means only structures, chests/safes and creatures would be deleted. Start with a wiped saved folder means it will wipe everything except your coding. It will rename the savedarks folder which stores the world, player profiles and tribe profiles.
PlayerIDs cannot be found on consoles due to restrictions. But you can check online/offline players on the "Player Control" tab on your interface when your new world is set up.

I just looked at your server, I can see your FTP credentials on the "Dashboard" of your web interface, please copy these credentials into an FTP client such as Filezilla, WinSCP etc. And you should be able to upload much larger files without any issues.

Jay85skitzo do make sure to stop your server for 10 minutes prior to the upgrade though to give the server time to save all the configuration and save data.

If it doesn't get done and it's close to the end of the 7 day period, please give us a call if possible and one of our guys will extend the standby time for you. But we don't expect the error to take that long to resolve.
In regards to how to do it on a windows 10 PC, click your Magnifying glass icon next to your Windows button at the bottom left of your task bar, search "Microsoft Store" and log in to the same Microsoft account in there as you are on your Xbox and then download the Nitrado app through there on the PC and log in as usual and try to extend.

This issue is known and we've reached out to Microsoft to resolve this issue as the error code is a Microsoft error code, not Nitrado error code.
1. You can try to open up the store on a Windows 10 PC and see if it works to extend it on there, this will help us identify if the issue is Xbox specific.
2. If it's not extended it will be put in a 7 day standby period to give you time to extend the server.

I I ordered my server one or two days ago wondering how long it will take before it is up and running try to call on the phone but apparently it's not accepting calls at any time even in its call hours
Hello your server is currently unfulfilled in the app, you need to redeem it in our Microsoft store app. But it seems you have ordered a PC server by mistake, can you send in a ticket please.
