Thats happened again. Server just crashed, after restart he rollback in 2 days! How can i make a refund for server? That annoying and you need to fix that!

Hello. I turn On the "Exclusive Join" function in Settings > Generals, paste the ID`s in Exclusive ID`s Box, but that`s not working. Anyone can join on server. How to fix thath?
