I recently went into the game files to change a few things such as vehicles spawning slightly more and also spawning with stuff already on. However it has not taken effect as far as I can tell. I also noticed this because I tried to stop a few things spawning (things that I never use) and yet they still spawn.
I just want some advice on what I can do to make it work/or what I need to do to fix it. Thanks
