Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.
Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.
Thank you to all members for your continued use of the forum!
No users with ARK as an example is reporting an issue getting multiple servers on XBox. You may want to either contact Nitrado Support directly by submitting a ticket. This is a Community Support Forum for gamers and admins like yourself to help and suggest things. Thank you
If I recall those areas are not available. Please contact Nitrado Support to get a more accurate answer unless someone else in the community might know.
This is a Community Support Forum for gamers and admins to interact. None of us have access to your server or account. We could only suggest or share ideas with each other here.
In order to have players on Xbox and Win10 (non steam) to player together it must be an Xbox server. You would rent one of those through the app, not the site.
I suspect you are referring to a console server. A BUG already was posted by WC of this exact issue and a minor patch was released. And at some point will be applied to servers. No ETA at this time.
At the ARK official Wiki it does provide more details in this.
We can only advise it is not recommended (What WC suggests as well) to use a password on console cluster servers. Reports of Player Data/character loss to items and dinos lost.
Also note in an event the patch has been out for a while, and yet nothing has updated like hours more than likely it is because its considered a minor patch. Those can take longer. And even if the minor patch was released, folks can play on the server being old. Again, this applies only to minor patches.
Thread say solved but I see no resolution in the comments...? Does the support team actually read/reply to these?
Hello, this is a Community Support forum for gamers and admins to help and suggest things to each other. It is not for official nitrado support. For anything specific to servers, account info all official support is handled by submitting a ticket.
The only ones available in the WebUI are the ones listed. Normally you would see more than one. You may want to contact Nitrado Support and see if the server is running correctly or if a process is hosed.
Also again, you should be able to use FTP and grab manual backups of your game if its available for that game.
