I'm now getting the above error, same error as we originally complained about at the start.
have you managed to use the admin password somewhow? or we just have to wait they update the panel so that we can use admin ingame.
Well finally, i can enter my server, Anyways somethings is odd, im logged and still the panel says that there is no one inside.
Another thing, i cant use admin password. Anyone knows something about that password?
We just want the tickets at least being answered, that is not much to ask for. Its the minimal they should be doing guys. no ofense, not answering shows a bad image for the company.
If i dont have an answer today ill go back to competitor aswell. They didnt even looked my ticket. Refund
let us know when they solve any cases from this. and what was the issue plz
Just spoke to Nitrado Support on Skype. They have escalated my ticket and the advisor said he saw the same issue yesterday but will need to escalate. Guess its a waiting game. I do hope they extend the rental time though as I've been unable to use it

I have the exact same problem cant make any change to the setting neither login in the game even by IP Address.
