3 times reinstalling the server did the job for me XD

I have to disagree on that one , i have bought a server as soon it was available and it is still running flawless now. True it was not a great start but we have our servers running thanks to some patience and helping out troubleshooting. Nitrado staff aswell have done a great job already with fixing the issues , and Nitrado WILL refund you when you submit a ticket. They will not transfer to a bank account because of legal reasons (if you know something about laws you would understand) but you will get your credits back on here so you are able to repurchase a server when they fixed it... Sounds like a solid fix for me tho. I also would like to add that it might not be Nitrado's mistake but the developers of scum cause of giving out incomplete game files... anyway... it all works fine here and if you need help , plenty ppl here are willing to help out where necesarry

Nope it is not available yet , i assume they will release it with the official release but thats just speculation

I did have the database error aswell , at first i tried re-installing the server it didn't worked yet but after the third reset everything seemed to resolve itself , now i have no more errors , all settings are working and a server reset does not spawn me naked anymore , i can say that i am quite happy with the nitrado team putting everything in it to resolve this.

Mekki , sorry for the high standards that we have , but would you rather have players joining the concurention that have those settings and logs available? I know this might be alot but ensure you when its all fixed you will have plenty of players renting from nitrado. Other than that you guys already did a great job as did the community as they did not gave up on nitrado but instead helped out. You dont see that alot tho...

I agree with crypt0ninja for the player logins logs , it would make an admins life so much easier when you're able to check everything , also this option would allow me to create custom welcomemessages making the server even more attractive.

Still looking for any errors will keep you updated if i find one

Yeah same thing happening here , i even spawn naked all te time meaning i always will lose all my gear...

Here to thank the dev's for the efford they are putting into it right now , tommorow i'll check out my server and see what i can find and can report to help out aswell

I got my answers. The team is on it to get it working as soon as possible like it should , i do trust them on it saying it will be resolved , let's see what time brings.

Ah at least you have some answers now! I don't mind waiting if they are going to give us back our time.

Well... i'm keeping an eye on my ticket , wondering how long it will take , they know the problem by now i'm sure they are on it i hope

Thats something i dont know how to get around , waiting for support sounds like the only option

Already tried that several times but same issue Cant save any general settings and cant view the configuration. Still awaiting a response on the ticket, guess ill keep waiting

yeah i changed mine back to default cause it didnt worked anyway , i can send you a copy of the original file , that might repair your server back to default

i downloaded the config files and reworked them , you gotta have the option to export it tho

Only thing we can do is wait i guess and hope we will get a solution for this , still other ppl should not buy a server here now but when its fixed
