No, have not been able to get it working. Support ticket told me to do what I had already done. But no help from Nitrado or Donkey, and now am on day 2 of 30 days and no access and no help

Ok, they fixed the error, got the server. Are there any instructions on how to set it up for access?

Paid for a pre-ordered LO server. Checked account, and it is now gone and no refund. Filed a support ticket and waiting on reply. But, main questions I have at the moment is why no contact before it was deleted, and why no refund, since I am sure Nitrado knew the service had not been setup.
