Oh no, I mean when I initially bought the server it wouldn't install.
Luckily it finally installed 13 hours from my original buy time. Which isnt the worst, I was worried it would take days to weeks.

It seems like theres continuous difficulty when it comes to getting your server installed as well as getting help from customer support. It's been about 9 hours from the time a bought the server and 7 since I sent in a support ticket and I'm not hopeful of any changes seeing that some people have waited as much as a week.
My question is, has anyone gotten a refund and if so how should I go about doing it?
