same problem for me as well paid for another month and it's been in restarting server since 3pm central time yesterday

i paid for other month of the server it restarted right away after. That was around 3pm central time. Tried stop it but wouldnt let me, woke up today and it still down but now saids this how is it suspected now? I sent a ticket in within the 3 hour of it "restarting server " havent heard anything. Can admin or whoever look into this please
