Yes this happens with both WinSCP and FileZilla. I'm able to transfer all files normally except for the .pbo file which is always incomplete. For smaller mods I used the file browser to upload these pbo files as a workaround, but when it comes to larger files I'm just not able to.

I'm having issues uploading mods through FTP. Seems to be mainly pbo files. Upload keeps timing out.
Submitted a ticket a few days ago but haven't got a reply. ticket ID is #-1
