Ok, i knew there was no despawn in types file, so I was confused.
deloot means dynamic event loot !
dynamic events are heli crashsides and police wreck spawns.Change from 0 to 1 means, this item can additionally spawn there.
nothing to do with despawn (only lifetime does despawn) -

Sometimes Bohemia makes changes without deeper sense.
If you do not like it you can edit lifetime to your liking.

As far as I know we don’t have access to a „real“ database at the moment.
The access isn’t given by Bohemia.

Place an object (substitute for trader npc later added in Dr. Jones Trader Mod like shown in my first link)
Add one more Trader NPC (Black Market) in Trader Mod at coordinates of the special substitute object and don’t forget to delete this object when Black Market NPC is placed.

as far as I remember there were several threads about this issue in this forum, please use search function once more -
Edit servers name to a unique one, save and restart the server.
Then search in Steam dayz launchers community tab for this name.
You can also try to find your server in DZSA Launcher, it should be listed there too
